Residents of Gun Barrel love to celebrate and events are plentiful, including lots of music, amazing food from local vendors, family-friendly games and activities. Fireworks abound around the lake to top off special evenings.

July Fest is a coveted celebration at the City Park, bringing the entire lake community together. The Event features all genres of music, from country to hard, giving visitors a wide variety. Take your family and head to the festival for an evening of entertainment and fun. The City of Gun Barrel puts on July Fest and the Christmas Parade and beginning this year the Halloween Haunted Trail. Add Legacy Events Center and SeaScape Travel and Events.
